6. Returns and Refunds:

  • Sellers must adhere to the Platform's return policy, which will be made available to both buyers and sellers.

7. Fees and Commissions:

  • Sellers agree to pay the fees and commissions outlined in the Platform's fee schedule, which may be updated from time to time.

8. Account Suspension and Termination:

  • The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for violations of this Seller Policy, including but not limited to:
    • Selling prohibited items
    • Misrepresenting products
    • Failing to fulfill orders
    • Providing poor customer service
    • Engaging in fraudulent activity
  • Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

9. Dispute Resolution:

  • Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved directly between the parties whenever possible.
  • The Platform may offer mediation services to assist in resolving disputes.

10. Amendments:
