1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • General Merchandise (Non-Firearm Related): Most new, unopened items sold by Lock and Load (excluding firearms, ammunition, and other restricted items as specified below) are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photographic evidence. We will provide instructions for returning the item for a replacement or full refund.
  • Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items):
    • Firearms: Due to legal restrictions, firearms are generally not returnable unless they are defective from the manufacturer. All firearm sales are final. Any warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.
    • Ammunition: For safety reasons, ammunition sales are final and non-returnable.
    • Special Order Items: Items specifically ordered at the customer's request may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly communicated at the time of order.
    • Used or Clearance Items: Items marked as "used" or "clearance" are sold as-is and are not eligible for return unless they are significantly not as described.
    • Perishable Goods: Any perishable goods sold are non-returnable.

2. Return Process:

  • Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if possible. Include all original accessories and documentation. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.   
  • Return Address: We will provide you with the appropriate return address when you receive your RMA number.

3. Refunds:
